1.What should I do if I keep failing when using Einstar Vega for calibration?


Method 1: Wipe the back of the Einstar Vega to make the camera window cleaner and confirm that the camera is unobstructed during calibration.


Method 2: Increase the brightness of the camera under HD mode.


Method 3: If you still cannot pass the calibration after doing the 1 & 2, you can visit Submit a ticket : Einstar Support  and submit a ticket regarding this issue.


2. How long can Einstar Vega continue to run after being fully charged?


If running the Einstar Vega continuously, the duration is approximately 90 minutes.

(depending to some extent on the usage scenario)


3. What should I do if there is an error while installing StarVision and it cannot be installed successfully?(WinOS)


After downloading the StarVision installation package, you need to pressurize the entire folder and run the EXE file within it (both files are indispensable)


4. What should I do if I want to turn on Einstar Vega's texture light?


1. Active "Acquire Texture".
