This article will help you in, 4 steps, to connect your scanner to your PC/Laptop. It is really important to make sure that all connections are tight, and the cables are not loose in the specific place. 

Instructions on how to connect the scanner to the PC/Laptop

Step 1: Plug USB cable into the bottom of theScanner, the red dot should be consistent with the front side of the scanner.

• The necessary cables and items are in the box with the scanner

Step 2: Plug the power cable into the USB cable

Step 3: Power on and the LED indicator should show blue. 

Step 4: Plug the other side of USB cable into the USB port of the PC/Laptop.

    You can verify if the scanner is connected in the Device Manager.

Attention: 

    Ensure that cables are not loose during the above operations. You are suggested to use fastening tools to prevent the device from being offline.

    Make sure you are using the correct power adapter (12V/5A).
